imo users on Chromebooks may have noticed imo audio/video chat doesn’t automatically work.
Due to a bug with flash and Chrome OS, you'll have to do a little more work before you can use your microphone and webcam with imo. But don't worry -- we've got your back. Here's all you have to do:
1. Open a new tab and type about:plugins into your address bar

2. Click the "Details" link on the right hand side of the page
3. Under "Flash", find version that says "pepper" and click "Disable". This will
let your Chromebook use the ordinary flash plugin.
