Many of you have been asking us for imo on your mobile phone. If you have an iPhone, you are in luck! We recently released a free iPhone app with performance that matches its good looks. In addition to the visual upgrade, imo.im now supports concurrent sessions, allowing you to be logged into imo.im with multiple computers, iPhone apps, and Chrome extensions -- all at the same time. Subsequent logins after the first one will be extra fast.
- sign into multiple accounts at once to stay in touch with your friends on many different networks: AIM, Facebook, Google Talk, ICQ, Jabber, MSN, MySpace, Skype, and Yahoo
- stay signed in, even when the app is closed, for up to 72 hours
- receive messages via push notifications when the app is closed
- search through your chat history to find important details on the go
- avoid text messaging costs by sending IMs instead
- type comfortably with landscape mode
Tips and tricks:
- access your settings from the sign in page to:
- enable/disable chat history
- allow/disallow IMs from people who are not on your buddy list
- save passwords for quick login
- select "add iPhone to status" to let your friends know when you're using the iphone app or the web
- add some color to your chats by selecting a color theme
- link accounts together so that next time you log into a linked account, you will automatically be logged into all the accounts you have linked to it as well
- tap hyperlinks to load the page within the app
- copy and paste text from one chat to another, or from a chat to another app

It would be wise to support the multi-user chat, so that you would see all the users in a single chat, instead of seeing the messages as a private messages coming from the different users in a single chat room.
Only problem I've seen is that messages that are pushed to my phone are always repeated.
One says (Pushed) Username [message]
Then the next is just the same message again without "(Pushed) Username"
Still it's great to have everything inc skype in one app, so well done.
