Hey! Great news! imo has a really smooth and easy-to-use interface! But how about smileys, and how about an archive, to keep track of past conversations?

many services offers these days web-based connection to msn, yahoo, icq etc messengers like you. they do this thanks to their jabber compatibility (take meebo service as example)

the access to voice&camera chats through a seperate link isn't a new idea as well (take orgoo as example)

the only EXCITING news here is the direct web based connection with Skype.
I must say although i have strong computer i experience frequent interruption while speaking with skype buddies.

And please add ability to call random skype users who are not in my contact list by typing their username

imo looks really good and i have used it easily on my home pc.

I am thinking of buying an iphone and hoping to be able to chat cam to cam with my yahoo and msn buddies using imo on WLAN in my hotels when I travel.

Can anyone confirm if this is possible please?

Unfortunately you will not be able to use the webcam feature on your iPhone because it requires Flash. We are still working on improving iPhone compatibility, so please bear with us!

Does imo.im works also with windows mobile? I tried this with my Touch Diamond, using https://imo.im/ but can see only the imo.im logo and not the login area! It would be greatful, using imo with windows mobile!

we do not yet offer mobile support for other services like windows mobile but this is something that we might consider implementing to the site in the future! thanks,

when are you getting an archive? that would make this perfect - sometimes you need to refer back to a chat or note how long a conversation took.

one of the best IM client.i love the clean and simple interface. The only drawback i faced is the push notification. It doesnt work all the time for me (MSN Account with iphone firmware 4.2.1). Hope this can be fixed
